SHILLONG: Meghalaya SSA School Association (MSSASA) All Garo Hills Unit will organise a general meeting at Multi-Facility Hall Bajengdoba near Bajengdoba Higher Secondary School compound, North Garo Hills District on October 26 from 11 am, Render Marak, Secretary, MSSASA All Garo Hills Unit informed in a statement issued here.
Aristotle C Rymbai, president of Meghalaya SSA School Association (MSSASA) Central Body along with General Secretary Ralbingland L Nonglait and central executive members besides SSA teachers from the entire Garo Hills will attend the meeting.
The meeting will discuss the demands made by the association from the state government.
which include regularisation of 5,814 lower primary and 6,727 upper primary teachers, salary arrears of financial year 2016-17, among others, the statement said.
