Lajong defeat Laban SC 6-0

SHILLONG: Shillong Lajong defeated Laban SC by 6-0 on Wednesday in the Shillong Premier League match played at the JN Stadium.
Lajong dominated proceedings in today’s match while Laban could not create enough chances. Kynsai Khongsit opened the scoresheet for Lajong in the 13th minute.
Maxderidoff Wahlang doubled the lead when he scored from the inside the box in the 35th minute.  Phrangki Buam then scored a brace in the 40th minute from a freekick and a half volley from outside the box in the 55th minute. Parvaj Bhuiya also added his name on the scoresheet after scoring a powerful shot from outside the box in the 69th minute. Naorem Mahesh made it 6 goals in the 85th minute of the match. Shillong Lajong now have 15 points from eight matches played so far. The Reds will play their next match against Nongrim Hills SC on 28th October 2019.
