Minaj-Petty wedding comes as bolt from blue to fans

Rapper Nicki Minaj’s fans were in for a shock when they read her latest Instagram post, where she has revealed that she has already secretly married Kenneth Petty.
On June 21, the rapper had declared on radio that she and her boyfriend, Kenneth, had obtained their marriage license, according to a report in spotboye.com. She had added that they would get married within 90 days.
Nicki’s new Instagram post has a video that confirms a secret marriage now.
“Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty 10.21.19,” she wrote as caption with the video.
The date refers to the fact that she shared the post on October 21.
Onika Tanya Maraj is Nicki Minaj’s real name.
In the video, there are two mugs on a coffee table with “Mr” and “Mrsa imprinted on the side.
Then there is a visual of two baseball caps that read “Bride” and “Groom”— one in white and the other black.
Wishes poured in for Trinidad and Tobago-born rapper Minaj from her Hollywood friends shortly after she put up the post.
Meanwhile, Minaj’s close friend Derrick Milano said that Minaj tied the knot with Kenneth Perry because he is really focused on her.
“He values his wife, and he really takes care of her,” revealed Milano.
Milano told People magazine that the newlyweds have known each other since childhood and this is the reason that their bond is really strong.
While talking about Petty, Derrick said, “He understands her as a person, I think that’s what the connection really is with them — it’s that he really knows her. It’s a different type of connection.”
He added, “He’s not famous; he doesn’t want to be on Instagram. He’s really focused on her. He really values his friends and his family, he values his wife, and he really takes care of her. He tries to be the best that he can for her.”
Milano also shared his congratulations on Instagram, posting a photo of the love birds with the caption, “Congrats to my sis @nickiminaj & my brother Zoo! Excited for the both of y’all! (Agencies)
