Murder attempt
Vimal Dev Kumar of Goenka Compound, 29-Cantonment, Iewduh, Shillong lodged a complaint that on October 21, circa 2 pm, an unidentified masked person tried to stab Uppendra Singh near his shop at Tomato market, Shillong and fled away.
Scooty stolen
On October 23 afternoon, miscreants stole one scooty (ML-05-S-1445) belonging to Jeffrey Z Laloo from JN Stadium, Polo, Shillong.
Medical items missing
Jamshaphrang Pohtam, Project Officer, National Family Health Service-5, lodged a complaint that on October 19, around 6.30 pm, a health investigator’s bag containing quick tape, OMROM BP Apparatus, drying box, haemocue box, gluco meter, sharp container and dried blood samples was found missing from the parking lot at Mawkyrwat market, South West Khasi Hills.

Anupam Purkayastha lodged a complaint that miscreants opened a savings account at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Shillong Branch, in his name and also submitted his documents without his knowledge.
