Federal Bank donates ambulance, works for litter-free city

SHILLONG: Federal Bank as part of its CSR initiatives, donated an ambulance to Lawerna Health Care and Social Service Society, Smit. The ambulance was flagged off by Cabinet Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar in the presence of Nandakumar V,  Network Head,  Dileep B,  Zonal Head (Kolkata), Viswanath A, Regional Head (Guwahati) Nijil James, Branch Head (Shillong), Sujay Kumar Sett,  Branch Head, (Laitumkhrah) and other branch heads and staff of the region.
The bank also organised a bike rally for awareness of litter free Shillong as part of the government initiative, ‘Shillong, My Passion’.
The bank will be conducting more phases of CSR activities for the benefit of the state and will always be committed towards upliftment of the state, said Nandakumar
Federal Bank, head quartered in Kerala had started their operations in Shillong in 1976 and at present have 1251 branches and 1950 ATMs throughout the country.
