Traffic arrangement for NE Food Show

SHILLONG: The Office of the Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills has informed that temporary traffic arrangements have been imposed, which will be effective starting Wednesday till Friday, in order to provide convenience to the visitors of the North East Food Show, 2019, which will be conducted in the city.
No entry points: Forest Colony & Buddha Mandir towards CRPF Junction from 8 am to 8 pm. Vilco School towards Rear gate JN Stadium (5th Ground) from 8 am to 8 pm.
Parking: SRGT parking lot will be reserved for vehicles with car passes only. There will be open parking at 5th Ground, training hall parking, around the parking space in front of the canteen and roadside parking in and around JN Stadium for general public.
Vehicles with car passes should enter SRGT parking lot and exit via exit gate at the backside. Vehicles will not be allowed to exit from the same entry gate of SRGT parking lot.
With regard to open parking spaces, vehicles will have to enter the 5th ground and other parking lots via rear gate at 4th Furlong and exit via 1st (VIP) gate which leads out to Kim Hyundai junction. Vehicles will not be allowed to exit via rear gate. There will be no vehicles zone from main entry gate of JN Stadium (CRPF junction) towards the 2nd gate near lawn tennis court.
