Residential project launched

GUWAHATI: City-based realtors, Uttarayan Group launched its 12th residential project, Uttarayan Empire, near Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport at Garal in the Dharapur area here on Sunday.  The project offers affordable housing to people belonging to lower income groups who can avail a subsidy of up to Rs 2.67 lakh under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme. The housing project, which will have 209 flats (price ranging from Rs 19.61lakh to Rs 30.11lakh), was inaugurated by Assamese cine artiste, Nishita Goswami. It is expected to be completed within two years, a statement issued here, said.
