SHILLONG: Union Minister of State for Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Pratap Chandra Sarangi, will be present at the inaugural session of first-ever industry-academia conclave in Northeastern region organised by National Institute of Technology (NIT) on December 12.
