All Brothers win cricket tourney

SHILLONG: All Brothers lifted Young Guns CC Tourney which was ten-a-side knock out tennis ball cricket tournament, organized by Young Guns Sports and Cultural Club, Upper Mawprem.The final match was held between All Brothers and the Sunrise CC on December 12. All Brothers batting first scored 74 runs, as Sanjay from their side was the top scorer with 45 runs. In reply Sunrise CC scored 60 runs all out in 10.3 overs and lost the match by 14 runs. Man of the match for the final was awarded to Sanjay from All Brothers and best bowler was awarded to Pankaj Mandal from All Brothers. Man of the series was awarded to Saurav Sharma from all brothers. Best batsman award went to Krishna from Sunrise CC. All Brothers Awarded with Rs 15000 and trophies and Sunrise awarded with Rs 10000 along with the trophies. Paul Lyngdoh was the chief guest for the final.
