Day & night cricket tourney

SHILLONG: In the 7th Ardhendu Chaudhuri Memorial day & night cricket tournament, four matches were played on Sunday. In the first match, Nongmynsong SC beat ICCA by 36 runs. Nongmynsong scored 60 runs in 6 overs as in reply ICCA could only manage to score 24 runs in 5 overs. In the second match, Laban SC beat Rising SC by 8 runs. Laban batted first and scored 44 runs in 6 overs. In reply, Rising scored 36 runs in 6 overs. In the third match of the day, Pynthorbah SC won the game by walkover as Lumparing Gorkha failed to report during the game. In the last match of the day, Aparajita beat Cluster by 3 wickets. Cluster scored 15 runs in 4 overs, in reply, Aparajita scored 16 runs in 4 overs.
