Unclaimed bodies
The Joint Director of Health Services (SS), Civil Hospital, Shillong, has informed that an unidentified male patient aged 45 years, c/o PAB, Civil Hospital, was admitted in the Male Medical Ward-I, bed no. 29, on December 5, 2019, at 4:22 pm, who expired on December 29, 2019, at 8:55 pm. Another unknown male patient, aged 62 years, was admitted in the ward, bed no. 29, on December 30, 2019, at 7:25 pm, who passed away on January 5 at 5:30 am. Concerned persons have been urged to collect the bodies from the hospital morgue within 3 days failing which they will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
