SHILLONG: The Superintendent of Police (Traffic), East Khasi Hills, issued a traffic notice in view of the Archdiocese Day at Mawiong Sub District Diengpasoh on Sunday.
The following traffic arrangements have been made from 6 am till its over: No Entry for all type of Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMVs) from Diengpasoh towards Mawiong Diengpasoh.
No Entry for all type of HMVs from Mawiong Diengpasoh towards Diengpasoh.
All Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) proceeding from Mawdiangdiang towards Mawiong Diengpasoh (venue) shall exit from the same route.
All the LMVs proceeding from Diengpasoh towards venue shall also exit from the same route i.e. towards Diengpasoh.
The statement issued stated that the traffic arrangements will not affect the emergency service vehicles.
