7 injured in separate accidents

JOWAI: Seven people were injured in separate motor accidents in Jaintia Hills. However, there is no report of loss of life.
In the first incident, a truck (AS 01GC 7855) hit one Alto (ML 04 7251) at the Reliance petrol pump at 7th mile while the alto was trying to enter the pump from wrong side. The alto was severely damaged and the three injured passengers were shifted to Ialong Civil Hospital for Medical examination where two of the injured person were admitted.
In another mishap, an accident occured at Lum Rynjang around 10 am where one Shaktiman vehicle (ML04.5056) driven by Pherlin Lamare of Mooluber capsized in deep gorge. He along with three co-passengers, Nishalan Marang of Mooluber, Khlurkari Rymbai of Mooluber and Darson Inty of Umkhyrmi village were shifted to Ialong CHC for medical treatment.
