JOWAI: The West Jaintia Hills district magistrate has notified that various government departments will issue passes for essential services. Among the departments are health, AH & Veterinary, agriculture and PHE, among others. Passes will be issued by the district offices of DM&HO, AH&Vety Officer and other district heads of respective departments.
