Clarification
Inspector Jubaraj Rabha has clarified that he is not among those arrested for violating curfew, as published earlier in a report titled “Curfew violators held in state” in The Shillong Times on April 16. The report was based on Meghalaya Police’s website. The arrested persons are Binustar Sohtun and Lamjingshai Kharkhongor.
