SHILLONG: The Deputy Commissioner (Excise) of East Khasi Hills has informed that listed additional wine shops will also open with effect from May 12 till 16 between 9 am and 4 pm daily. Sale of liquor shall not exceed three litres of foreign liquor or wine and four litres of beer per customer.
