The Northeast India AV Archive, Department of Mass Media, St Anthony’s College, Shillong, is launching a website named Khlam: Archiving the COVID-19 Pandemic in Meghalaya on Monday. The purpose of setting up this archive is to record the multifarious ways in which the individual, the community and the state reacts and responds to this unprecedented situation.
