SHILLONG: The Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, Personnel & AR (A) Department, in an order issued on Monday, informed that offices of the deputy commissioners shall function with 100 per cent strength for Group A and B officers as well as Group C and D staff with effect from Tuesday.
