AMPATI: The fair price shops dealers of South West Garo Hills have been asked to collect mobile numbers of beneficiaries and submit them by June 20 for early mapping and subsequent allotment.
It may be noted that most of the mobile numbers of NFSA beneficiaries submitted to the concerned office by the fair price shop are not functional.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, said that the electrical point of sale (ePOS) will be implemented in the state to ensure availability of beneficiaries’ data in the central repository and enable them for national portability transactions under ‘One Nation One Card’ plan.
