LP school teachers seek HC intervention

SHILLONG: Some of the temporary government LP school teachers from West Garo Hills, particularly from Ampati sub division, have sought the intervention of High Court of Meghalaya questioning the regularisation process.
The court, after hearing the counsel for the parties, issued notice to the state government and the matter will be again heard on July 1. According to the petitioners, their service was extended till August this year.
