NONGPOH: Parts of the service lane near Nongpoh Police Station were water logged following a heavy downpour on Friday evening.
It may be noted that NHAI had allotted over 6 crores earlier this year for enhancement of side drains and construction of a foot over-bridge in the area, which have not come to fruition.
