Non-contact sports, minor mineral export allowed during curfew

TURA: Curfew under section 144 CrPC in West Garo Hills district has been further extended till 6 am of July 1.
However, it was informed that other restrictions and advisories remain the same. Non-contact and indirect contact sporting activities have been allowed in the fresh order subject to strict compliance with the SOP issued by Sports and Youth Affairs Department.
In addition, export of minor minerals has also been permitted with strict protocols to be followed.
