AR celebrates Int’l Yoga Day

SHILLONG: Assam Rifles on Sunday celebrated the International Yoga Day 2020 which was attended by families and children of Assam Rifles personnel.
The celebration — held on the theme ‘Yoga at Home, Yoga with Family’ — also focussed on imparting information on types and benefits of yoga.
