GUWAHATI: The second unit (150 MW) of Kameng Hydro Electric Project in Arunachal Pradesh was commissioned on Friday by the state’s Deputy Chief Minister and Power Minister, Chowna Mein.“As the Minister In-charge of Power, I’m happy to share the commissioning/commercial operation of 2nd Unit(150MW) of Kameng HEProject (600MW) by NTPC/NEEPCO from today, after the successful completed trial run operation. I dedicate it to the people of ArunachalPradesh & the Nation,” tweeted the Deputy Chief Minister.
