JOWAI: The Village Council, Ladthadlaboh, Jowai felicitated the newly-elected Rajya Sabha MP from Meghalaya, Dr. Wanwei Roy Kharlukhi at the community conference hall on Tuesday.
Kharlukhi is a resident of Ladthadlaboh. The felicitation was presided over by the headman, LD Lakiang in presence of other elders of the village Council.
