Nongstoin teen electrocuted, dies

NONGSTOIN: In a tragic incident, one person identified as Wandashisha Sangriang (16) of Pyndengrei, Nongstoin, reportedly died after getting electrocuted.
The incident occurred at her residence on Monday evening following which she was rushed to a hospital, where she was declared dead. Sources said Wandashisha was about to take a bath, and did not notice an electrical wire passing through a window of the bathroom that was connected to the top floor, which is under construction.
It was also reported that Wandashisha was barefoot when the incident occurred.
A labourer, who caught sight of the incident, immediately pulled out the pluck.
However, after reaching Nongstoin Civil Hospital, she was declared dead.
