Meghalaya govt not to extend 2-day lock down

SHILLONG: Meghalaya government has decided not to extend the two-day lock down from tomorrow  for the time being. A decision to this effect was taken in the review meeting held on Tuesday, according to the Deputy Chief Minister, Prestone Tynsong.

The state government had imposed two-day lock down from Monday till the wee hours of Wednesday in order to trace contacts of COVID-19 positive persons in the city.
