COVID alert in DC office of EKH

SHILLONG: In order to arrest spread of COVID-19, the state government has asked all the officers and staff who are working from the Room No. 204 of DC office in East Khasi Hills District or those who visited the room from July 21 to undergo home quarantine and go for CIVID-19 test on July 26.

All these officers and staff have been asked to monitor their health and follow al l advisories of Health and Family Welfare Department (HFWD) and in case of development of any flu like symptoms (cough, fever, breathing difficulty) they should contact 108 service immediately. They have been asked to refrain from going to office.
