Two Day International Web Conference on Recent Science Advances held in Tura

TURA: A two day Web Conference on Recent Advances in Science began here at Don Bosco College in which Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma also addressed the gathering through a live discussion from Shillong.
A host of speakers addressed the seminar, including Salesian Provincial
Rev Fr. Januarius S. Sangma, Deputy commissioner Ram Singh, professors from NEHU Tura campus.
There are altogether 1391 participants from 17 countries covering four continents of the world who are participating in the web seminar and conference.
In the first technical session, there were 11 speakers and two guest lecturers who presented papers on various topics, while in the second technical sessions, there are altogether 40 papers presented by researchers.
The web conference in advances in science was organised by the physics
department of Don Bosco College. Tura along with the collaboration from the district  administration, West Garo Hills, Turr Meghalaya and the district Treasury Office.
