COVID safety kits distributed

SHILLONG: To counter the rising COVID cases and to sanitise localities which are in close proximity to Iewduh, a good samaritan on Saturday distributed sprays pumps, disinfectants, digital thermometer, sanitisers , face shield stands and other COVID -19 prevention items under the umbrella of Lympung Ki Hynriew Shnong for mass distribution.
The six areas localities are Mawkhar, Wahingdoh, Riatsamthiah, Umsohsun, Mission and Wahthapbru. The goods were sponsored by L Michael Kharsyntiew. All the headmen of the localities were present and demonstrations on how to use the items were also shown.
During the day, 600 sanitisers of 100 ml, 12 spray pumps, 120 face shields, 24 bottles of disinfectants, 6 digital thermometers, 6 leg stands for sanitisers , 90 bottles of sanitisers of 500 ml and masks and gloves were distributed.
