SHILLONG: Health Minister and Pynthorumkhrah MLA, AL Hek, on Monday laid the foundation stone for a new road to be built at a cost of Rs 4 crore under Mawpat Dorbar.
Hek, along with officials of PWD and Rangbah Shnong, also inspected a road at Nongmynsong.
