SHILLONG: Senior BJP members from Ri Bhoi have questioned the leadership of state party president, Ernest Mawrie, while stating that the central leadership should “introspect” on the appointment of Mawrie.
While maintaining that Meghalaya Unit BJP, under Mawrie’s leadership faced discontentment, especially in Ri Bhoi, the members said that the situation arise out of ‘favoritism’.
