South Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner hands over State Handicrafts Award comprising Rs 50,000 in cash and a certificate to an artist from remote Dabitbibra village, South Garo Hills. The award was given away in the presence of general manager, DCIC, Baghmara, M War, along with the other officers of the Department of Commerce and Industrial Centre.
