SHILLONG: Even after many months into the COVID pandemic induced restricted lifestyle, a section of people in the city are apparently still indifferent to adhering to the most important COVID protocol, that is wearing face mask in public places and crowded areas. The violation of the protocol continues even at a time there has been surge in COVID19 positive cases in Shillong and others parts of the state.
