GUWAHATI: As many as 2595 new COVID19 cases were detected today in Assam out of 35175 tests conducted. The positivity rate is recorded at 7.38%.
On the other hand, 1856 patients were discharged from various COVID19 hospitals and Covid care centres in the state today.
Out of the newly-detected cases 553 are in Kamrup Metro, 205 are in Jorhat- 205, 199 in Lakhimpur and 173 cases are in Golaghat.
