State breaches 7,000-mark

SHILLONG: With 270 new cases, Meghalaya on Tuesday breached the 7000-mark of confirmed cases even as the death toll touched 60 with Ri Bhoi registering its first death on the day. The active tally stands at 2371 while the number of recoveries has gone up to 4606.
