Stone pelting
On October 11 around 12.30 am, while Police from Phramer Traffic Cell, WJH, were on mobile patrolling duty, they found one night super bus (AS-06-AC-6722) at Sabah Muswang, WJH, with a broken windshield. During inquiry, it transpired that unknown miscreants had pelted stones at the night super bus and damaged its windshield. In the incident, the handyman of the night super bus viz. Rupak Debnath sustained injuries caused by broken glass and was admitted at Ialong Civil Hospital.

Duped
Sanjeev Sangma lodged a complaint that in December 2017, he handed over his Bolero vehicle (ML-05P-9960) along with the documents to one Grikseng R Marak of Araimile Road, WGH, on hire at Rs 17,000 per month. However, since the month of August 2018, Grikseng R Marak stopped the payment and has, till date, failed to return the vehicle.

Theft
Tallick Sangma lodged a complaint that on October 10 around 3 am, unknown miscreants stole his motorcycle (ML-13-6638) from his residence at Boda Rangselgre village, NGH.

B’deshi national detected
Kyrshanlang Khongsni lodged a complaint that on October 10 around 4.50 pm, some suspected Bangladesh nationals were spotted at Pynursla, EKH. During inquiry, it transpired that one of them viz. Md. Monir (25) is a Bangladeshi national, while two others, viz. Aryanson Khongpadoh (18) and Erik Manner (21) are from Bakur village, WJH.
