SHILLONG: Officers of the Postal Department here met Satya Pal Malik, the Governor of Meghalaya in Raj Bhavan in Thursday and presented him a specially released customized “My Stamp” with the photo of the Governor in the stamp on the occasion of National Postal Week celebrations.
National Postal Week is celebrated every year from 9th to 15th October.
