Miscreants break ATM of PNB branch at Mairang

SHILLONG: Miscreants broke the ATM of Punjab National Bank (PNB) branch at Mairang in West Khasi Hill district of Meghalaya on Thursday night but failed to take away the money as they had not succeeded in  breaking open the vault though they broke open the shutter door and damaged the ATM machine.

The bank authority has filed and FIR with the Mairang Police Station in this regard.
