Tribal research institute’s tender process complete

SHILLONG: The tender process for the first part of the Tribal Research Institute project has been completed and it will now be evaluated by the Tender Committee.
Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, who held a follow-up meeting on Monday, said that for the second and third part, tender will be issued within four weeks.
The construction of the Tribal Research Institute began with the GHADC earmarking approximately Rs 4 crore to kick-start the project.
