Stone quarry
Theophilus Wanniang, Divisional Forest Officer, East Khasi Hills & Ri Bhoi (T) Division lodged a complaint that three persons, viz. Korita Kharkongor, Patsila Kharkongor and Damon Shabong were found operating stone quarries under Pynursla PS jurisdiction without any quarry permit under the provisions of Meghalaya Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 2016.

Vehicle missing
On November 4, Daniel Thapa of Pynthorbah Block-I, Shillong, lodged a complaint that his motorcycle (ML-05Q-7549) was found missing from a parking lot.

Theft
Ganga Ram lodged a complaint that on November 4 around 5.30 am, unknown miscreant(s) stole his mobile phone from his vehicle (ML-05P-9299), which was parked at 24 Cantonment, Shillong.
Vijay Biswa lodged a complaint that on November 4 between 12 am and 5 am, unknown miscreant(s) stole his motorcycle (ML-05U-7914) from Jhalupara, Shillong.

Break-in
Nesila Shylla lodged a complaint that on November 4 around 5.30 am, she learnt that unknown miscreant(s) broke into her shop at Demthring, Madanrting, and stole Rs 5,000 in cash, cigarette, etc.
