Heroin seized
On November 16, around 6.30 pm, police conducted searched the house of one T. Rachel Niangboi of Thembasuk, Block-F, Madanrting, Shillong, and recovered 10 soap boxes containing 107.78 grams of suspected heroin.

Break-in
Veronica Shylla lodged a complaint that on November 16, around 5.30 pm, she learnt that miscreant(s) broke into her residence at Lumpyngngad, Block-II, Motinagar, Shillong, and stole Rs 20,000 in cash.

Scooty theft
Sanjay Dey lodged a complaint that on November 15, miscreant(s) stole his scooty (ML-05Q-4806) from Jail Road, Shillong. Later, the scooty was recovered from a place near Bimola, Iewduh, Shillong.

Theft
Saurabh Pandey lodged a complaint that on November 14, miscreant(s) stole reinforcement steep cutting machine, drill, etc., valued around Rs 90,000 from NER Power System Improvement project, Shillong.
Iolin Nongbet lodged a complaint that on November 12, around 10 am, miscreant(s) broke into his vehicle (ML-05L-0354) which was parked on the roadside near Wards Lake, Shillong, and stole passbook, cheque book and vehicle’s documents.
Rupert Raymond Theodore Wankhar lodged a complaint that on November 14, around 2.15 am, miscreant(s) stole stereo and amplifier speaker from his car which was parked outside his residence at Lumsohra, Laitumkhrah, Shillong.
