KSU bats for Sungoh as NEHU VC

SHILLONG, Jan 14: The KSU has written a letter to Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ suggesting the name of Sherwin May Sungoh as the next Vice Chancellor of NEHU stating that “she is the only candidate who has been shortlisted for the post of Vice Chancellor from the varsity”.
Seeking the appointment of Prof Sungoh of the Education department, NEHU, as the next VC, the Union stated that the culture and ethos of the region (Meghalaya) should be one of the key considerations for the appointment.
