SHILLONG: Sitting Congress MLA, David Nongrum died here this morning. The 43-year-old legislator suffered a heart attack.
The legislator, who represented Mawryngkneng constituency, is the son of former Speaker of Meghalaya Assembly, Charles Pyngrope.
