Assault
On February 3, two persons, viz. Terence Warjri (33) and Shawelstar Langstieh (33) assaulted one Phrangshai Wandoll Basaiawmoit (27) at Polo, Shillong, and leaving him injured. During enquiry, it transpired that on February 2, Phrangshai reportedly took Rs 2, 11,800 from a cattle trader at Tyrsad, meant for Shawelstar and fled away.
Items missing
Jitendra Ram lodged a complaint that on February 3 around 11.30 am, one battery valued around Rs. 75,000 was found missing from Jio tower site at Mawdiangdiang, East Khasi Hills.

Cattle seized
Kali Ram of BOP Pyrdiwah lodged a complaint that on February 2 around 10.35 pm, BSF personnel detected three heads of cattle from near BP No. 1272/2-S, BOP Umsyiem, East Khasi Hills.
Theft
Fast Donlang Marbañiang lodged a complaint that on January 31, unknown miscreant(s) stole his motorcycle (ML-05L-6840), which was parked in his residence at Umpling, Dong Sharum, Shillong.
