Condolence
Red Oleanders, a socio-cultural organisation, has mourned the passing away of PC Chakraborty, retired IAS officer, who was involved with the organisation since its inception as founder vice president and patron. “His active participation, advices, suggestions and benevolent gestures during organising programs and cultural events were note-worthy. Chakraborty’s contribution will never be forgotten,” the organisation said in a statement on Friday. “The ones we love and respect are never gone; they live within our hearts,” it asserted.
