JOWAI, March 10: Nine-year-old Ripynskhem Papeng and his two-year-old brother, Arbaban, lost their lives after coming into contact with a high-tension live wire outside their house at Umsalait village in West Jaintia Hills on Wednesday morning.
Witnesses revealed that Ripynskhem was carrying his brother while playing and accidentally touched a live wire.
