The Directorate of Social Welfare and National Institute of Social Defence, New Delhi, in collaboration with Kripa Foundation, will hold a one-day training programme on de-addiction, counselling and rehabilitation under the National Action Plan for Drug Demand Reduction on Friday at Landmark Hills Victoria, Nongrim Hills, Shillong.
