SHILLONG, March 30: Deputy Commissioner  of East Khasi Hills District in Meghalaya, Isawanda Laloo along with others inaugurated an art of fiberglass hand holding a plant as a symbol of hope for the environment by Team Jiva at Khyndailad police point on Tuesday.
