IIM’s average salary package in final placements up by 2.18 pc

SHILLONG, May 15: IIM Shillong successfully completed the final placements for the batch of 2019-21, with the highest CTC or salary package of Rs 32 lakh per annum (LPA), and an average CTC of Rs 19.17 LPA.
Despite challenging conditions prevailing in the country, the institution here witnessed an increase in average CTC by 2.18 per cent.
Human Resources & Operations emerged as the highest paying domain, with an average CTC of Rs 20.38 LPA.
There was participation from prominent recruiters including Amazon, ICICI Bank, Mahindra & Mahindra, Xiaomi etc.
